I learned that mental blocks suck but I can get through it will some determination and hard work. Breaking free of it will be a hard long process but as long as I have my team and my coaches supporting me I will get through it! I have also learned what it really means to be a family with your team. We really came together and jumped over so many obstacles, but we all loved each other. End of story. I love my vipers family<3
