Read a bunch of the threads before actually posting. Tread lightly once you're allowed to post outside of the newbie section- people can be harsh. Try and do a board search before you ask a question. It will save you time and spare you the sass that runs rampant around here.

Virtually every coach either posts, reads or has someone else read info for them. So, it can be a good place to get answers.

When in doubt during a thread, just agree with me and you'll be okay.
