What To Do When Cheer Season Is Over?

tumbling privates, stretching, and social life...i dont really get time off though once a season is over a new one begins right after haha
 
Speaking from someone who sustained a cheer-ending injury - CONDITION and STRETCH! You will be strong when the season starts up again and you are more likely to prevent injuries!
 
I think our season ends when my kids graduate and for the oldest that's not for four more years. There is no off season. We switch from routines to stunting, conditioning and tumbling but our last competition was last weekend, tumbling clinics are next week and Evals are the week following, teams are posted the same week and practice starts the following day.

What off season?
 
when is cheer ever over? never stop! you can always improve and there are always new skills you can get :) & workout! dont let your body get used to doing nothing! try to work out and stretch every day!
