I there's s team that wins a worlds bid, can you join that team AFTER they won the bid and go to worlds with them?

Yes. You have to follow the substitution and alternate rules though.

Teams may have up to 10 substitutions. Up to 3 of those can be alternates.

Substitutions had to compete on the floor at the same competition as the bid was earned.

Alternates can be another member of the gym unless released from their primary gym.

Just to add to @SharkDad comments: you can join the TEAM after the bid, but you can't join the GYM after the bid.

So if im not replacing another guy or girl then i cant?

No because a team cannot compete at Worlds with more people on the floor than won the bid.
