Well, at least nothing carries over. Today only matters in creating tomorrow's lineup. I thought SE looked a little nervous. Almost like they were holding back, which obviously I know they weren't, but that's how it came across. More nervous energy than performance energy.

Senior Elite still owns my heart, it's official. Their pyramid was insane and the 5 ball ups went perfectly.

One lib fell, and I wasn't totally in love with a lot of the bits of 'fierce' that were going on in tumbling but they're still my #1.

I feel that way about senior elite, I've just never been a fan. I can admit that they're very talented and work hard, they're just not my cup of tea.

Heartbroken for Molly's group. Her flexibility hasn't been what it usually is over the past few practice videos, and she almost looked in pain when pulling her stretch. Overall, I love the changes and upgrades.

Very excited to see Stars though!
