Hubby: yes, a lot I think 1/4 inch

I'm so happy the schooling system in the UK is different, i would hate having to make up days during breaks! Two years ago i had a week and a half off school due to snow and still finished for summer in time!!

Yes, it was one big boom! Our power is still out. Need to fire up the generator again soon so we can get some heat. Kids just have 2 hr delay today.

Cheer again tonight, last practice before BATC! CP hand washed her unis yesterday, so we are ready to go!

I'm about to lose my mind from the cold and lack of cancellations. The amount of times I have almost been in an accident this past month while trying to get to class is ridiculous.

Okay seriously? They just cancelled school for tomorrow. We've had this entire week off... we're going to be in school till mid-June if they keep this up! I wasn't even expecting them to cancel today, but they cancelled because of the cold, not the snow... I don't know how they're justifying cancelling tomorrow, other than the fact that it would kind of be silly to go just one day.
But seriously. It would be fine for us to go to school! I'm saying that and I live in the last neighborhood to ever get plowed and every route to my school is relatively dangerous (narrow, hilly, curvy). But the main roads are perfectly fine, our neighborhood is snowy but we've been to school in worse....
Just glad the gym is open tonight... I need out of this house!

Almost, and if you turn on the news every channel is Storm Watch and we're not getting back into the 70's until Monday today was 58 degress BRRRR!
