I'm really disturbed and upset right now. I'm in @cupieqt car and the car in font of us just hit a cat. I won't go into details as it's gross and upsetting, but the poor little kitty :'(

I didn't get it for my birthday, but my parents did buy me a brand new car right before I was about to get my license. The concept of new being automatically more expensive is false. It's all about figuring out what makes the most sense financially. For me, used cars were in high demand at the time and were pretty expensive. It was cheaper to buy my new Hyundai than to buy a quality used car when you considered the warranty, etc.

I didn't make payments or pay my car insurance. My parents didn't want me to have any debt when I came out of college, so they paid for those things. I paid for all of my clothes, entertainment, gas, etc. I'm not a spoiled brat and I know how to work for what I want, so that's not a given just because my parents bought me a car.
Yes ...this! I'm 25 and my mom still does loads for me but I'm in no way a spoiled brat. If I want something myself I purchase it for myself..I never ask for things. If my mom happens to splurge on my birthdays and xmas its not because I'm spoiled. It's because I'm an only child and its only my mom and I.

I just made a 6.5 hour drive today through California. I was stopped at a truck stop to get gas and a water, and I turned around just in time to see this cat come flying out of this family's car. The poor kitty went under some parked cars and was obviously very scared. I spent 45 minutes trying to get this kitty out with this family, and they were so grateful. It felt really good. Turns out they were moving from Sacramento- San Diego and their kitty just was not happy ):.

So the girl I've been "best friends" with since middle school has slowly been getting on my nerves... Compulsive lying, TONS of drama, etc. etc. Usually I look past it because I feel a sense of loyalty to her because she's my oldest friend but today I decided that I've had enough. She went to the county fair and stole a rabbit from the livestock auction because she "thought it would be cool to have a stolen rabbit." Even though she has more than enough money to buy it. I don't want to tell the police but I actually don't know what else to do... We're going to different colleges and she moves in tomorrow so realistically I never have to see her again but I keep thinking about how I'd feel if it were my animal that was stolen.

So a couple of my friends and I became enthralled with the idea of hosting a murder mystery party tonight after playing a game of Clue. Has anyone ever done this before? Or have any ideas about characters and themes?

I downloaded an app called Coupon Sherpa for ios. It brings up all the store coupons you could have printed at home on your iphone for use right there at store. I have definitely used it in CP's back to school shopping. We were at American Eagle yesterday. Opened app, clicked on store I was at, it brought up an extra 20 percent off my entire purchase. I used it at Aeropostle last week, too.
