does anyone know any stores I could go to to get 3 in fabric?

The biggest I've been able to find in the stores is 2-1/4". They sell it by the yard, but if they have an unused roll, they'll sell you the whole thing. They also said that they could order me a roll, but it might take up to 2 weeks to get it in. So you may want to check your local stores and see if they can order it for you.

Yeah,I haven't seen it in stores either. But TaylorDevon here's a couple websites that sell 3" :
