Stretch everyday (especially straddle and splits) make sure when your preping to do your jump you are pushing off the ground as high as you can. My coach always told us to try and aim for the sky. Then when your in the air your legs should be in a perfect straddle with no bent legs and point those toes! Try and roll your legs back so their looking up not foward. It took me a while to get mine hyper-extended so dont expect to get it soon but if you do this everyday you'll get it!
