i dont get the C4 thing, like i doubt thats why she boycotted NCA in the first place, but its kinda odd how many level 5 worlds athletes are on that team, like how would that have worked if CEA Kville actually attended NCA, or does nca not have a crossover rule.

You can only cross within your level at NCA. And to address your question in the post above, Worlds athletes can only cross down to level 4 at Summit and even then, there's a limit on the number of athletes you can have on a team that competed at Worlds. I believe that limit is 5 athletes per team.

C4 is a level 5 junior team, correct ? so i can understand they are allowed to cross over to level 5, but i always thought there was some rule about how many worlds athletes could be on a team attending summit.

NCA allows a maximum of five crossovers per team and only within the same level. Summit will also allow only five team members who have competed at worlds, but the crossovers are allowed to go up or down a level.

Not sure how many crossovers there actually are on C4 though.

I also thought there were not limits to how many people you can replace on your roster after you've earned your summit bid( but think you have to stay in same size/division) . I'm not positive about this though.

ETA: C4 is level 4 so they could not have competed at NCA with that roster if they brought those athletes' level 5 teams.

But since CEA had already decided against bringing Senior Elite and Coed Elite, I'm guessing that's why they gave the go ahead for C4

I also wanted to add that while I'm not a huge fan of CEA boycotting NCA for some teams, and not the others... I do see that the program has made pretty clear arguments about how they view using crossovers, and given their success, and influence in the industry, I think it is within their rights to not attend competitions that don't allow it. I just kind of wish it had been consistent.
