OT High End Makeup Must-haves

Anyone have advice on a good new foundation? I've used Urban Decay Naked for years. I like it, but I no longer love it like I used to. My biggest thing is I hate the feeling of caked on make up so it has to be light and I HATE when you hug someone and half your face is left on their shirt. Anyone have a good foundation recommendation that meets those 2 requirements?

I switched to Becca last summer and I love it. I use the Matte Foundation in the tube.

It's light. It's build able , it matches my skin tone perfectly (which is rare thing for me to find). I don't leave half my face on anyone's shirt (although I do get make up on everything since my make up is brown).

I always suggest bare minerals in this thread so people are probs over it but I love it! They have a bunch of different options for types of foundation (powder, liquid, pressed powder, idk what else) and you can get color matched and test it on your face at Ulta. I use the original matte powder but my sister has used the liquid and likes that too.

I actually used bare minerals for almost a decade before urban decay. I still have the loose foundation in my bag that I go to every once in a while. Used the newer liquid (can't remember the name) and didn't care for it all!

I use make up forever HD and I love it! It doesn't look or feel caked on and it's the only foundation I've found to match my skin perfectly.

Suggestions on a good brow gel? I just use a pencil. But I want to keep them in place. I don't like the look of pomades though. I want a natural look.

Department stores(if you go in to one and ask, they can put your name down and call you when they get them) and Sephora will likely get them first. I work for Lancome and they usually only put the newer items online on Ulta unless it's a larger Ulta. Have you tried them yet? We were sent one a few weeks ago and I'm obsessed! I used the Simple Micellar makeup remover wipes for a hot second but I guess I'm the lone one out because they really messed up my skin. I started breaking out, getting closed comodones, clogged pores. Idk maybe that's me
