No tinies? Not being critical, but I had (wrongly) assumed with a gym this big that there would be at least one tiny team. Do they all get put into mini?

nuts and smoke......i'm sorry but those are just terrible names for a team, of any sport.

Smoke was given that color in 06-07. They had a new coach and he wanted a new name. They went to crayola.com and smoke was a color. The kids and the parents love it. Smoke forever!!!!!

Something about the team name Smoke just makes me smile. Not sure why but it has been my favorite Rays team for the past few years. The name just gives so many opportunites for great voiceovers but also have to be careful about some too.

Rose is a SR1, Rays responded to say it was a SR team and that's the only one left.
Scaret is JR 3, I assume Large.

What about 4.2? Or does Rays not do 4.2?

Regardless, congrats Hailey and @Level5Mom :) I was waiting for this day to come! I hope you two enjoy this year, it will sure to be great! Can't wait to see Hailey on the floor with Orange in November!!!

there are not always the athletes to make a competitive tiny team. some went to mini, and some we recommended to wait for our half year teams. it really is for the best because a 3 or 4 year old (and some days even some 5 year olds) would have a hard time keeping up with peppermint. when making teams we truly do think about what is best for the athlete. 17 people spent around 30 hours picking our teams and i would say the level 5's took the least amount of time out of that.
