Have you ever gotten to meet a Cheerlebrity, or any person your think is flipping amazing? If so who was is it and what was it like? Did you freak out when you saw them? Did you have a misconception that turned out to be totally wrong ? Feel free to post pictureeesss :)!

I got to meet World Champ Santwon(Gymtyme), Emily Sawyer(KE/Gymtyme), Hunter Scott(KE/GymTyme) and Hunter O'dell's mom.. All in onee day ! At first I thought Emily Sawyer was gonna be mean, i don't know why. But she's actually probably the nicest person eveerrrrr <3 It was probably the bestest day of my whole 14 years !

We happened upon a child squalling her eyes out in the bathroom at a competition (she was maybe mini-youth age) because SHE had happened to meet her cheer idol and asked for a picture with her....only to be told by that idol that she didn't have the time to take a picture with her and she needed to come back on the idol's schedule. Needless to say the mother of the crying child was having a moment in the bathroom herself.....not that I could argue much with that. I can totally see where the idol might NOT have had time, maybe they were headed to warm-ups or meeting with coaches...who knows, I wasn't there. I think it's more how they told the kid no. It's hard to see your kid get squashed by their role model. We just got outta dodge...I like to avoid drama if at all possible (which makes me do a lot of running away in this industry :)

Oh my goodness that's terrible. When it comes to cheer drama I bob and weave.

So cool! I watched this video and he said :
" Don't be scared cause that's not very fun, or you could be a spectator; you choose"
I'm living by than now, no lie. lol
im a really mental tumbler so i constantly hear what are you scared of and if its falling just go for it and ive heard WHAPPKINZ (idk how to spell it)

Okay so technically I didn't "meet" them but I had a conversation with Juliet Mcceary and Maddie Gardner. They were both super sweet and seemed like a lot of fun! I was surprised at how tall Maddie actually was though and how short Juliet was haha!!! Too bad I didn't tell them my name or anything.... Just talked about cheer ha I'm not a huge fan that would take a picture or anything like that. It was just awesome to meet them!

One time, Maddie Gardner punched me in the face. It was awesome.

She punches me a lot. It hurts.;) I will say that preparing to compete and getting to warm-ups and getting the mind right for a couple of hours before competing is a different animal than afterwards, and afterwards have not been too good yet this year for obvious reasons. Sometimes a little space is a good thing.

There really isn't any "cheerlebrities" so to speak in Canada, and I like it that way :p It's interesting reading about and hearing about people swarming Maddie Gardner and stuff for pictures at competitions because you never see it here. People come, they compete, and they're done. I've seen MAYBE 3 instances of people asking for pictures. I'm not around the whole competition obviously, but I like it 'cause it feels more about the cheerleading, less about the "OMG IT'S ______"
