Nope! Although, I did do the back bend part in her living room three times (a miracle!) but the fourth time I landed on my head...ouch.
I self taught myself a back kick over in 2 weeks, and i'm HORRIBLE at tumbling. Try getting a sofa (or bed) and doing a handstand and then falling over onto it into a bridge. Then, kick over. If you keep doing that, you can slowly lower the surface you kick over on (ex; instead of a 2 foot bed, maybe a 1 foot ottoman! Thats how i learned :)

My mom would kill me if I did that on the sofa! Hahah. My sister taught herself like that on her bed I think! She's the only one out of the three of us cheerleaders in the family that can do it lol

Haha! My mom gets mad too... but i still do it;). You're so lucky you have sisters who do cheer!! My sister is annoyed when i talk about cheer:rolleyes:
 
I desperately need P90X or Insanity really badly so who wants to buy it for me for late birthday/Christmas presenttt? :D

If it makes you feel better I watched a "cheerlebrity" try and miserably fail at a backbendkickover yesterday. She's known as one of the country's best tumblers and tried 3 times before she kicked over but then got up and threw some absolutely ridiculous tumbling pass that I can't even begin to describe right afterward. I can't comprehend how y'all can do all the fancy stuff and not something so simple but after witnessing that I believe it's true!

Hahah that makes me feel so much better! I have total respect for anyone that can do those.
 
I want to get fit and gain muscle for College cheer but I can't decide if I should make up a workout routine or buy p90x or insanity.
Oh I never said I bought it... :wasntme:
I haven't actually gone through with it yet, just figured if I ever wanted to, I could.
