you can all call me bias cause im #TealArmy (I just hashtagged on fierceboard... woops) but nothing in F5's routine really excites me. like last year their dance and pyramid blew me away and I was obsessed but I kinda feel like I've seen this routine before.
they are still the baddest b*tches in this place though!

Let's be real, F5 could have done Full Squad Triple Ups to Straight Leg Scorp and people would still say the routine didn't excite them or they are missing ''something''

I really enjoyed F5, they looked a lot cleaner and the music made the routine flow a lot better in my opinion. Excited to see what happens in Dallas with their division. And I LOVED peach and oranges 2by2's! Great to get an inside look at some very talented teams and programs.

Maybe not what they have done, but i just see too much of other teams in this routine. imo, To me it doesn't look like F5.. And this year im not really impressed yet..

Any video of Any team on a white Cheerleading mat throws me off.. But one thing I noticed that people always say that se does the same "layout" and skills every year but to me F5 has the same routine set up as well.. As do many other teams its just how it is - I think F5 is doing well this year. I don't see a wow factor either nothing makes me say OMG they are taking it home but its still an amazing routine !

I love that angle! You can really see everything. Twisters look consistent as a program this year too.
On another note... do the judges look oddly close or is it just me?

Can we stop the whole "peak later in the season" excuse. Peak when you perform.

That would be true if you are coached like that. Some programs choreograph harder skills than the team has so they will eventually grow into them, other coaches keep what skills the team currently has. Both have their ups and downs.

Does Lady Elite's routine seem slower to everyone else? Maybe that's why everything seems so 'heavy'. Like they're a half-count behind on everything but the dance..

Although those two center girls are working it out..

There were yellow flashes in that one too, but the quality made it less painful..was someone taking pictures or something? Because it's really annoying..

I was so focused on the girl with the boot on....but once I actually watched the whole routine, I thought it just needed more energy. Maybe different music. I didn't see any standing fulls either...but then again..I was focused on the boot.

Um...F5 + Mariah...It just makes me feel all tingly inside. IMO They currently have the best dance in all of Large Senior.
One thing I will say that goes for ALL teams in Large Senior. I think CEA set a trend of not having to use 9 stunts and still score extremely well. I don't particularly agree with that. If Orange was in small and only put up 4 stunts, they would have been murdered for it. I think teams should put up the hardest stunts they can do with 9 and be rewarded for it.

So, isn't that one pass that goes across the front in standing tumbling illegal?? (hand, hand, whip, whip, dub)---since one of the two skills IMMEDIATELY preceding the dub is NOT a handspring??

And I really hate that they have groups just chilling on the sides during their first stunt. -- What NEliteSteven said.
