so i'm a little late, but i absolutely love ECE Fame!!

1. I get chills from their jumps. I can't even imagine if they go to worlds and instead of hit-hit-hit-pull the whole crowd yells love you mean it. i'll probably bawl. (not to mention i get chills from the whole mix already)

2. their dance. obsessed. and center dancer is perfect.

At this point in the season. I am really scared for this team because they were SO good last year. I know that a majority of the girls are now on Lady Lightning and i have no regrets on that, but i reallyy hope they can pull through.

I can't shimmy this enough. I don't know why everyone insists on talking about this constantly. Who cares if you can't complete the skills???

Absolutely agree, you can have the best routine on the planet but if you don't hit it when you get on the floor it just doesn't matter. The only "score" that matters is the final score.

As far as raw scores it does mean something to me..

We have competed 6 (technically 7 scored routines) times this year and we have had the highest raw score in youth 2 division 6 of those 7 times we were scored.

The only time we didn't we had a little incident were several girls collided and ran into each other going to open tumbling section which caused even more people not to be able to go ... And caused everyone to be off count all the way up through stunts. We had the second highest raw score that comp by a very slight number. However we competed against that team this weekend and our raw score was higher then theirs!


To me this means tons-
We don't need help to win we just need to hit or have minor deductions to win. Lol

So our placement depends on us every time no one else.

I love this feeling it is so comforting...

I use to hate wishing others would fall so if we hit we could possibly win.. Now I don't have too.

Raw scores aren't everything but it means a lot.

That's fine if you use it in this context but what I'm talking about is when a team is bragging about their raw score but had several deductions and are not in first. "We took third place but had the highest raw score". Like who cares? It's like all the people after worlds last year that said f5 would've won without their tumbling deductions. But you did have deductions so you didn't win!!!!!!!
