I honestly believe that In Angel Rice's case she wanted to go somewhere with a better power tumbling gym...because really she is INSANE and didn't they just add power tumbling as an olympic sport in 2016? If she wants to go to that now is probably the time to really gear up for it.

the last time power tumbling was an olympic sport was in 1932. in 1996 and 2000 it was an exhibition event. its not on the current roster of sports for rio 2016... 2016 Summer Olympics - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia looks like the only new events are rugby and golf... yes... golf...

Not that it is right either way that he may not have verified the story and received permission but I am curious who even told him to begin with?

Can we talk about the overwhelming amount of tweets and posts today from gyms advertising for boys? It even had a hashtag #tryoutthursday
Are we getting ready to hit a boy dry spell like we did a couple seasons ago? What is the large coed division going to look like with so many boys aging out? Or will we see new boys from small gyms moving in to take their place?

We might be hitting a dry spell, I'm sure we'll know when gyms start announcing teams after tryouts. While I'm sure there will be some type of flow-through, if we don't have the boys coming in PERIOD, then we're in trouble.

I just saw some girls bio and post about leaving Cheer central suns (I think that's the gyms name) and she is on smoed 2014-2015 so that's even less spots with all the ones y'all took up lol

I concur, the gym holds all the power. The better the gym, the less power the athletes and parents have.

They've bought AZ Power?!! Oh that's sad for the AZ athletes. I admit I don't always like their uniforms & the lace can be a bit crazy but I'll give them props for having their own style.
So will they keep the AZ name in any part? Or just become Cali Allstars "insert suburb/venue" name.

I'm about 99% sure I saw @lakerfantlc make a comment on her Instagram saying they are going to the San Marcos location next season. Mind you, this was about a month ago, but I'm pretty sure that is what the case will be.

Are there any Worlds teams at the San Marcos venue? Or will she just be on a regular Senior 5 team? That would be weird I think!

They have 4 at San Marcos this year - Small All Girl, Large Coed, International All Girl 5, International Coed 5
