I cannot get rid of my nerves. Like I just want to throw up. If I make the team it will literally be a dream come true, and if I don't, I will be so heartbroken. Just so scared and I can't help it lol

I LOVED doing the tough mudder when they had one here in Florida. To be honest the hardest part for me was the running in between each obstacle. Granted you are allowed to walk...... It was a lot of fun, plus you get a free beer at the end, if your of age which was honestly the last thing I wanted to drink after finishing anyways lol

That was how our game felt Friday night too. Then, after a while, the place was swarming with mosquitos. Luckily, I packed bug spray in one of my cp's cheer bags.Miserable. I walked in the stadium and one of my teachers working the gate said "welcome to hell"
The whole gate crew was soaked from sweating.
Yesterday I decided I'm going to do a 30 minute yoga flow every morning. It's only been two days but I honestly feel the difference already.
I took a class in high school as my physEd but haven't really done it since then. I just YouTube videos and follow along, best part is that it's free.That's awesome! I tell myself I need to start doing yoga again about 5 times a week but never start... I took a yoga class for a semester at my school and didn't think it was that awesome until half way through (I finally realized that I liked the yoga, didn't like the professor.) but I'd rather join in a class at the YMCA or something but that costs money.... I hope you stick with it! Yoga is so great for the body and the soul!

I did yoga last winter (via yt) for my lower back pain and the pain went away in a matter of days. But I forgot to bookmark the link and I've never been able to find the same video
Ugh I wish I could wake up at 11, I'm pretty sure I have never slept past 9 am my entire life and that's very rare occasions. 7 is even really sleeping in for me and never happens.I've been waking around 11 AM and now I have school tomorrow and I'll wake up around 7 AM.... Why didn't I change my sleep schedule like the past years?

You're in high school right? What time do you start to be able to wake up at 7, my high school started at 7.
