Okay it was SO weird to design on my old template i made. Heres the general idea for the uniform we had in mind for our athletes next season. Yes that is a small amount of mesh on the stomach, Were not sure what we want on the back yet so i just left it like this for now. Most likely will add the team names on the back such as "lightning" or "thunder" Okay feedback time! GO! :)

Side note, we got those quoted for $225 :)
They are really pretty, as usual! But you just got new uniforms this year, so are your parents ALL able to afford brand new ones again? I know $225 compared to other uniforms doesn't seem like much to you, but some people make that in a week. Just my two cents, sometimes I feel like the ones paying are the ones everyone forgets about.

If I remember correctly, the uniforms his team just got were $90, maybe even less. Most programs would get one uniform for the combined price of those two.

I love the design for the new one though! I think that the mesh on the side almost stops abruptly though and doesn't connect with the skirt as well as it could. I'm not sure if that makes sense, but overall I really love it!

We typically start in April/May and order in July/August so payments would be split into 3. The reason for a new uniform is im not liking how the sublimated ones we have now are knicking so easily. So I'd rather have them in a uniform that will last more than one season. We do have a lot of parents that are financially strapped and we tend help them and their kids by setting up financial plans. Our tuition isn't too costly either so that helps the situation so much.

Yeah they were rounded up to $90 after all the threadless sequins were added!

LOVE it! Pretty but more importantly, functional (i.e. Bra friendly)

Very pretty and nice use of mesh on the sides. I have seen a lot of talk about rhinestones on mesh and arms scratching fairly significantly. Is there some kind of glitter fabric or thread that could give some sparkle without causing injury?

There's actually a black glitter mesh I have seen used on a few uniforms.

i really like the design and i don't mind the mesh - but money-wise and longevity-wise, it just doesn't hold up. the price you were quoted is still cheaper than a lot of similar uniforms, which is great... but just something to think about. if you don't want your parents to have to pay for ANOTHER uniform the next season or pay for repairs/replacements along the way, you may want to sub the mesh for something else.

Saw a JV (JV!) team today with full red mystique uniforms and mesh forearms with rhinestones. That seemed kind of outrageous to me. Other teams has some rhinestones and mystique accents that looked really good, but that threw me for a loop. I saw that and my mind went "NO" but my teammates around me were all "I wish we could get something like that" and "those are cool" but my FB brain kicked in first.
