Lol, who was in Dallas first? Cheer Athletics? SOT, Pro Spirit and the myraid of other gyms that have opened there since better start writing their apology letters...
MD Twisters are looking to expand to NoVA where there is definitely no dearth of gyms. ACE has expanded to heaven only knows how many cities where gyms already existed...
Gym expansion happens all the time, and as gyms become more numerous, it gets harder to find a city where a gym doesn't already exist. Even still, it's fair to expand to an area where other teams already have been established. Nothing wrong with a little competition (this is competition cheerleading after all, right?
).

Well I don't think it's right they opened a CVS across the street from Walgreens or that they decided to build a Target just bc WalMart was here first..... etc.

WOW. But I have no doubt that CAC will be just fine. I don't think their athletes will be flooding over to a new gym. The fact of what CAC is based about is probably going to keep their athletes right where they are!

Not the same road, but very close. Probably less than two miles apart.
I'm fine with them coming. Like the person above said, its a free country. You don't have to go there just because they move close by. If CAC is worried about keeping the talent there then we better do what's needed to do so.
The local rumor mill is already buzzing because of the fake FB, recruiting scandal so far. I'm just tellin' it as I hear it.
