the only time we are REQUIRED to wear the same camp clothes, is during our 3-4 days of choreography, and then it consists of sports bra, tshirt, and shorts, and a mini bow!:)

on normal practice day, we can wear whatever we want, comp t's/gym t's, sports bras, spankies/shorts, and optional bow

We have 2 different practice unis, its easier to see everyone looking the same. They are required to wear the practice gear with hair up and a big bow!

I used to wear a cheer-related t-shirt and PJ pants to practice back when I cheered. :p

The organization that I currently coach for requires all cheerleaders to wear a white tank top or t-shirt and black or green shorts.

We can wear whatever we want. I usually wear Soffes/spandex, sports bra, cheer-related t-shirt and a matching bow. Sometimes we have decided what to wear in forehand, so we look unified. We don't have that much team practice wear. We just ordered sports bras though. And we're getting t-shirts.

My kids can wear whatever they want too. Once a month (more or less) they have to wear black sequin shorts, black tank top/t-shirt and one of their team practice bows :)

We have a neon tank top for Wednesdays with matching spandex and sportsbras and Monday we wear our black practice tshirt with black spandex

Cp wears a tank and shorts or spanks most of the time due to the heat right now. We will have practice wear by choreo. One outfit will be a tank and spanks and the other will be shorts and a tee.

Cp wears either a gym Tshirt or tank and running shorts. Thankful we don't have expensive required practice wear.

CP must wear black shorts and a black sports bra or black tank top - no loose fitting tops that can get "caught" on something or someone. Also, her hair must be up and with a bow. When practice starts on weekends during the school year, once a month the gym has a themed "Crazy Day" and the kids get to dress - well crazy. :D

As of now at my gym we can wear whatever as long as its "sports wear" so most people just wear nike pros with a t shirt or sports bra or something like that. We are getting varsity practice wear soon for the compition season!

At my gym, we get spandex, sports bra, and a bow for choreography in July, and we get a practice wear set (sports bra and spandex) from illusory apparel. Then throughout the season, we rotate which wearing the choreography outfit and illusion apparel outfit. And many practices we get to wear whatever we choose as long as its a sports bra and spandex.

At my gym, we have to wear black on black with our hair in a high pony with a bow until our practice gear comes in. We have 2 sets of practice clothes. One set is spandex and a sports bra and the other set is a tshirt and soffees if I'm not mistaken. We also get 2 bows, one for each set.

My cp's gym has a practice set for Sunday (or first practice day if you don't practice on Sunday) (Black/red sports bra "bling" w/black yoga short/white waist band) and a set for their weekday practice day (Neon sublimated sports bra with bling and spanx) All teams have the same practice wear. Each team however has their own rules however as to how the coaches would like them to come to practice.

My cp's team, for instance, has their own set of rules. I thought they were strange at first until they were explained to me. "Hair up, bow and red lips" I thought to myself, "they'll be sweating, why does it matter if they have makeup on?"
They're explanation was what made me respect them as coaches and female role models. "they should be able to represent themselves as both strong athletes and young ladies at ALL times, on AND off the mat. It is a must and we will not accept anything less" I love it. They even curtsy at the end of the cool down stretching each practice. This is a senior 4 team. I can't wait to see this team compete this year :)
