Usually at our gym during the summer our coach will have us do plyometrics (box jumps, jumps with rubberbands, jumps with bungee cords tied to your waist, sandbag lifts etc.) before practice to strengthen our muscles and cardio for routines in a couple of months

our tiny 1 team is dancing to Single Ladies by beyonce and its the cutest thing i have ever seen:D
i think our junior 2 is dancing to No Diggity, the pitch perfect version, and our junior 4 is dancing to express from burlesque.
i noticed too many teams at worlds that were doing 1 and a half ups or double ups and on the dip they would do a half turn so it would only really be a full up or one and a half up. i hope the judges could catch that they weren't real double ups or one and a half ups
its everyone that just completley dosent throw their tumbling does 10. if you dont land then you do 5
and usually people on my team who had a janky stunt during the fullouts will do 10 just to be more confident on their skill.
