Any Stretching Tips??

Does anyone have any stretching tips for me? I have a really bad scorpion and by UCA Florida this season i am hoping to have a pretty good scorpion. Any tips would help me!
 
Gabi Butlers stretching video on YouTube has really helped the girls I coach. If you do it minimum once a day, it should help. :)

A lot. Back bends pushing through your shoulders with straight legs. In a lunge push through your hips and pull the back leg up (stretching your quad). Go in a split and lean back trying to grab your back leg. Door frame stretch. And soooo much more! Remember: when stretching breathe! If not your muscles won't stretch properly without enough oxygen.

I found this stretching method that worked really well for me. So for a week, stretch 30 mins a day. You can do it all at once or in sessions. The second week, stretch 45 mins a day. The third week, stretch 1 hour a day etc. it's time consuming, but it pays off!!!
