Thank you so much for that information. What would you suggest for 13 year old appropriate fun??

Shopping (mostly window shopping, really...) at The Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace, see any of the Cirque du Soleil shows, Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum (sounds silly, but honestly I visited this when I was 17 and had a blast taking pictures with "celebrities"!). The roller coaster at New York New York is fun, and I hear the rides at the Stratosphere are fun, too.

Honestly, though, being in Vegas is so whimsical and novel that just visiting the different hotels is a lot of fun!

And be prepared for ALL kinds of weather. Last year it rained, the year before just cold and a few years before that it snowed. Look forward to seeing new teams there!

just taking a wild guess that it involves celine?

I think 1 of the parents checked and Celine is not performing during that time. Or, I dreamed it.........I'm not sure. LOL

The Wax Museum sounds amazing and a very good team activity for a Jr age group. I will look into doing that!! Thank you so much!!!

another great show the parents and kids will love is Blue Man Group, I wasnt too excited to see it but we took our kids and they LOVED it! So did I=) They even liked it better than the diff Cirque shows they have seen. No matter what show you see, all Vegas show seats, are great seats and if I remember correctly they even do a little welcome on the screen for your team before the show and they do group rates. The Wax Museum and Blue Man group are both at the Venetian.

Where ru staying? If you're at the MGM walk across the bridge to NYNY like someone said they have lots of places to eat, its not a typical food court it looks like the streets of NY with store fronts, very cute. We usually stay at NYNY because MGM is just too huge, you can walk across the street to the MGM, but its so huge it takes a while to get to the comp area so drive around back and park right by the comp entrance.

Sorry to bombard you with info, but we love it there and its not the scary sin city people make it out to be.

I'll second Blue man Group! It truly is a show all ages can enjoy! We went as a family years ago from ages 7 to 80 and everyone enjoyed it.

I can't offer you any advice but I will say that this trip sounds like so much fun and I'm jealous of anyone who goes to this competition!
