Some. The rules don't differentiate between multi and single base stunts, but entries are trickier going to a single base.

Yup. And walk ins are level 3 because it's single leg at the top (unless you make the turn at prep level, which I don't like doing because I think it just gets bases into the habit of "snatching" the turn and doing it too early once they start doing harder stuff).
