Mountain jumps were always the worst... Did them two different ways

1. Ten touches, 5 right hurdlers, 5 left, 5 pike, 5 left, 5 right, 5 toe touches

Or

2. 3 tuck jumps, 3 toe touch, 3 right hurdlers, 3 left, 3 pike, then repeat that doing 4 of each jump, then repeat again doing 5 of each jump, then repeat again doing 4 of each jump and then finally 3 of each jump.

Are those all connected or each jump gets it's own 8 count but all done continuously with no break?

We went 1-10 and back down just of toe touches at the end of every practice with our old hs coach. It was awful... And never got easier. We also did "stingray jumps" up to 5 or 10, which is right hurdler, toe touch, left hurdler, double toe, right hurdler, and so on up to the specified number. Better than the 1-10-1 toe touches but still awful.

We did the 10 toe touch thing too, but for us it was 10 touches for every person who was late or not wearing the correct outfit. Entire team had to do them all. Made you learn to listen! We did them at the end of practice like you said above. Or sometimes if there were a lot then we spread them throughout practice. Even though it was meant to be a punishment, it was good jump conditioning!
