It looks more like a straight leg scale to me. Im not completely sure though, since I cant see which way her knee is facing clearly.

it may also be because her upper body is semi-facing

my best friend. This is like, 4 years old. Unfortunately, over stretching made all her ligaments loose and she had to stop cheering because her knee kept seriously dislocating. Love her<3

OK, the little little girls (the 8-10 year olds im seeing here) shock me. People younger then me can do that, well, now I feel like my scorps chincy. LOL Id get up and try and get a pic of it if I didnt feel too lazy to.
PS- kinda off topic, but its relatively related so I think I can get away with it...
I was asked to pull my heelstretch for tryouts today (on floor, not up). Long story short, didnt go well... XD
