Bow And Arrow Stretches?

I'm a level 2 flyer and I'm working on my bow and arrow. I can do it but my bottom knee is bent a lot. Do you know any good stretches to get it before the season? Please reply! :)

The best stretch I know (which helped me a ton) Is laying forward in your split and grabbing your foot, try holding that for awhile and you'll notice a difference!
