Center Flyer?

The funny thing about center flyers falling in competition is how in practice they hit it every time. Choosing your center flyer shouldn't be about who's a rookie or a veteran or who's the most flexible but who has the best personality and is the flyer you cant take your eyes off of because everyone watches the center of the routine during the stunt section. People give Maddie Gardner crap saying how she should be behind Maddie Davis and that Maddie Davis is only behind MG because she was a rookie last year when really its because Maddie Gardner is so much fun to watch.

IMO i think a center flyer should have the whole package
great body positions
amazing showmanship
hitting the stunt 8 outta 10 tens atleast

Most flexible flyer. If your stunt isn't hitting at least 9 out of 10x, you either shouldn't be flying OR you should be coming into the gym extra and working on it so it IS hitting.

The center flyer should be the most well-rounded. Confident attitude, great showmanship, great flexibility, and consistency with hitting their stunt! They don't necessarily need to be the most flexible, other flexible flyers can be placed off center in stunt formations.
I have to agree. :)

yeah center flyer should have a bit of both. you can't guarantee that a flyer is going to hit every single time and flexibility isn't everything. but the flyer should be good at what they do, she should capture the crowd and have a can do attitude.
