As our industry matures, I see gym owners of all sizes giving their employees bigger salaries, better benefits, more job security, and opportunity for advancement in order to keep their best staff. Some business owners may not see that as a positive, but I think it is great for the industry overall.

Like @quitthedrama said I would love to see that happen but with new rules such as for the music, STP not being the best bargain for our wallets and gyms doing too many far away travel competitions I am afraid the smaller gyms can't afford to take care of their coaches financially like you can.

That's so creative! With the amount of teams at the Plano location I'm sure it can't be easy to think of new team names.

Good problem to have, but yes, it can be tricky.

that's interesting. i never new that a collective of cheetahs was known as that. while checking on that, i learned that a collective of wild domesticated cats, aka feral cats, are known as a destruction (level 4, 5 or 6 team?). also, a group of kittens is known as a kindle (tiny or mini team?)
