When parents don't make their child go to practice. I am sorry they are tired but so is everyone else!!!!!

When they announce 2nd and the team that got first starts yelling... Like calm down until they call your team

When other teammates give up during the routine, when they complain about the routine being hard even though they do nothing in the routine, when flyers don't fix things and take advice, when flyers give up, and when people on your team are over dramatic and don't try.

Guilty of head down during jumps. Also jewelry on or taped over for practises and even worse for comps! Also athletes in half their uniform or not wearing it properly

Sometimes I think my gym is drama central.
Another thing which irritates me is when people make they're muscle soreness sound like a broken bone and they sit out of things

I hate that ! It's like oh my wrist hurts so I'm going sit out the whole practice and complain the whole time when I could be Icing it.

When athletes have a slight injury and still don't come just to watch practice

When bows fly off when competing

Sloppy motions

Clapping with elbow not together

When people swing there arms in a circle in there hurdle

Inappropriate dances

When coaches put level 5 skill kids on a lower level team just to win

It does not mean:

Stop.

Look around.

Talk to the girl next to you.

Ask "Are we going full out?"

Something else that peeves me:

The "CHEER IS SO EXPENSIVE!" comment but every time I see your child, they have:

1. New Nike Pros.
2. A different Fierce Bows bow.
3. Custom sports bras.
4. Starbucks.
5. Pro shop items from every single Top 10 Worlds gym.
6. A bag full of souvenir shirts/blankets/whatever from every comp we attend.

Is cheer cheap? No. But you can cut costs by cutting back on the above things!

I lied. More things annoy me.

Parental complaints THAT INVOLVE OTHER PEOPLE'S KIDS.

I will address you about YOUR kid. I will not entertain a complaint that involves someone else's daughter.

Ex: "Did you happen to see that Jenny was late today? Isn't that her 3rd time this month?"

"I need to talk to you about Not My Kid's stunt group. I just think it's soooo unstable and you should probably look at another flyer like Suzie."

If you are Suzie's mom, we will discuss SUZIE. We will not talk about other kids.
