Do you have factual information that the USASF is indeed getting sued?


I have not heard anything about this. Could you please provide the link to this legality?

This is just something that I literally just saw as of last week from a gym owner who got points deducted from doing the dab because it was deemed illegal. Not just sure if it's actually true or not.

Maybe I read it wrong, but they did have threats of getting sued should I say, and if they aren't then what's the point of making us do cover music if this issue has been resolved? Again, I've read from gym owners that they are being sued, but also read that it was just a threat.

At worlds our coaches told us not to dab after a pass and we asked USASF staff member and they said not to to be safe so...

This is the thread I was quoted in, so this is the thread I read. If I see others posting rumors, I promise to say something to them as well.

Also, if you have to use a sentence starting with "A lot of other people..." to defend your actions, then you're likely wrong.

1) Ticket sales. It's a great show watching those 20 teams together. Probably sells more ticket than making people choose one over the other.

2) Moving it to the crack of dawn didn't solve the problem.

3) They do have a priority section in the milkhouse - in fact I think they started bring fans in and out of the milkhouse a few years when Large Senior/Coed were first thing in the morning and it was full. You're escorted in and out of the building and they should absolutely have something similar for the baseball field

4) The dance teams are not even remotely the reason the competition went as long or as slow as it was. They decided they didn't want to alternate divisions and thus needed to fill some space. I don't think they alternated with other divisions for semi finals either. I don't know why.

True the only problem with that is stunting with the flashing sun in bases and flyers eyes is the worst thing ever and athletes are not used to that condition

I mentioned this before but never got a response back. I was told that originally LAG and LCO were separated for this year. One in the morning and one in the evening but both in the stadium. Then coaches complained about one division being preferred over the other. I have no idea if this is actually true. Anyone?

If it is true then USASF should stick to their original plans and stop caving in but at the same time there are pieces of this that create the whole mess.

One of the Rays teams that performed on the baseball field does in their routine too. Can't recall if it was Steel or Orange rn though

True but they're not used to it in Daytona either. It's become part of the experience there.

It's Orange, but I think it looks more like they're pointing to the side and not dabbing.
