Flexibility Questions

Okay, I'm currently a main base, but I still like to gain flexibility any way I can. I have a flat split on both sides. I can pull a good heelstretch on both sides as well, but I can't seem to pull a bow and arrow. Is there any stretches I could do to get my bow and arrow? Also, I have a semi-dorito scorpion on my right side, which I'm working on improving, but I can't even reach my left leg when going to pull my left scorpion. Any stretches to work on maybe back and shoulder flexibility, as well as hamstring flexibility? Thanks!

For your back i would do bridges,straight leg backbends,a backbend but have your elbows touching the floor, and also while your in your bridge walk your hands to your feet ,1 more thing do the cobra stretch (its feels amazing!!)

For your shoulders sit down put your arms behind you and walk them further away from your body.
