One of our favorite events of the year has arrived! Golden State Spirit Association‘s spectacular Championships featuring the Super Six event takes place this weekend: January 24th and 25th in Visalia, CA. This year is a stepping stone for the GSSA Championships in Visalia, as it moves to its new home in Los Angeles, CA for the 2015-16 All Star season on December 19-20, 2015.
Over the weekend, GSSA will award six bids to The Cheerleading Worlds, two full paid bids and four at-large bids. Eleven teams will be competing on Saturday and Sunday for a chance to make it into the exclusive “Super Six”. The teams will compete three times over two days, with their first two performances determining their chances of making it into the Top 6 teams of the Worlds Division. The Super Six performance will take place at 5:30pm PST on Sunday, January 25. Be sure to follow @GSSAcheer and @CheerHQ on Twitter for up-to-the-minute updates and results.
