All-Star Help!!! Im Not Flexible!!

Hi I really need some help. I am a novice cheerleader from the uk who is 20. I started late and really having issue with back flexiblilty for tumbling. Any advice of stretches to help improve back flexibilty and also jump flexibility. I predominitly stunt but want to be an all rounder
 
stretch everyday (not just your back), and make your you are warm first e.g. do 5o star jumps. do lots of bridges and try to get your legs straight :)
 
May I also add im a backspot and do a bit of basing. I resently got turned down from a team as they only have one senior team (20 year olds can compete in senior in uk) for many reason but one was lack of flexibility. I struggle with bridges as my back is quite inflexible I want to be better
