    Alright, so i came up with this amazing pyramid for our rec group (12 girls) and one of the best back spots we've ever had fractured her ankle during half time and so now we only have 11 girls. Some skills we have;
    Extension (1 group only and only hits with help from other flyers or a front spot)
    Prep (all 3 groups)
    Shoulder Sits and Stands (2 people only)
    Swedish Falls (has to be 4 people)
    V sits ( we only need 2 people +flyer for that)
    Hitches (4 people)
    Libs (4 people)
    Show n Go (4 people)

    Also, my coach doesn't feel comfortable having a group w/ a back spot because of the amount of times we keep falling and the back spot is the reason the flyer is safe.

    Any ideas? We're teaching some girls to do assisted one mans (at prep level) on tuesday, so that could be a posibility for a stunt!
    Thanks so much! We're waiting until the doctor clears our cheerleader to back spot (shes on a boot, fyi)

    What level & age group are you guys? I'd say just do two Libs and a Shoulder Sit in the center but if they keep falling Libs might be too difficult. An alternative is two shoulder sits and one lib in the middle connected.

    How many 8 counts does the whole pyramid have to be?

    We have 0 planned, so we don't know.
    We are a Rec team, and if i had to guess MAYBE level 2? Its between 1 and 2.
    We want to have multiple things. My old sequence was show n go to prep, assisted extension, cradle, swedish falls w/ prep in middle, dismount, outside prep hitch, middle is 2 shoulder sits side by side.

    Do you have any tumbling (I'm guessing no because it's rec). If you do I would just do side by side show and go to preps, cradle down while girls tumble and stunts reposition then do the two swedish falls.

    Or you can do two show-n-gos to fulls (extensions) using a front spots, then when they cradle down have the front spots base a V sit in the center of two swedish falls.

    0 tumbling is right! Well, we have like 4/11 girls with round offs. 6/11 with cartweels(including the girls with roundoffs) I am the only one who has a bwo, fwo, and yea.
