My 6 yr old cp has

Monday:
2 hrs cheer practice

Tuesday:
1 hr cheer practice
1 hr private tumbling
1 hr flexibility class for flyers

Wednesday:
1 hr tumbling class

Thursday:
3 hrs cheer practice
 
The rec team I coach; 2 Hours, 2 days a week, plus games & occasional 1 hour practices before the game.
The allstar team I cheer for; 2 1/2, 2 days a week. Plus tumbling & some Saturday practices.
 
3 and a half hours on one day of the week (until Fall when School starts), because we have an extra hour added for tumbling. And then 2 and a half hours on another day.
Times vary between all of our teams. but we all practice 2 days a week, usually between 2-3 hrs each practice day. :) Our tumbling/extra classes are about an hour long, each :)
 
In the summer my new gym practices one day a week for two hours. During the school year we practice on Tuesdays from 7:00-9:00 and Sundays from 1:00-3:00.
Plus my new gym offers lots of tumbling classes, so Im taking tumbling 2 days a week for 45min during the summer and hopefully once a week in the school year! We also have Open Gym after school on fridays from 3:30-5:30 for stunting and tumbling practice!
 
This is for the 2 teams im on
Summer-
Monday- Senior 2 (5:00-6:30)
Tuesday- Senior 4 (12:00-2:00)
Wednesday- Senior 2 (5:00-6:30)
Thursday- Senior 4 (12:00-3:00)

Fall + Competition
Sunday- Senior 2 (1 1/2 hours), Senior 4 (2 hours)
Monday- Senior 4 stunt practice (30 minutes), Senior 2 practice (1 1/2 hours) Tumbling (1 hour)
Wednesday- Senior 4 practice (2 hours)
