In general our teams level 1 and 2 train one day a week, and level 3 and above twice a week. We also encourage our athletes to do tumbling classes, private lessons, or flyer classes to improve as individuals, but it's optional.
September-November I'm practicing 6 days a week, combined high school & all star practices and its 16 hours a week. December- August it's only all star, 3 times a week and 6 hours a week
I work at two different gyms, Heat All Star Cheer out of Lake Havasu, and Las Vegas Elements, Heat does 4 days a week with a dedicated tumbling day and LVE does 4 days a week
