How To Get A Full

Start with getting your layout solid with good height and form. Your coach will know when to move you on. It's no use practicing for fulls when you don't have the essential building step yet. Just keep up with conditioning so that when your coach believes you are ready to progress after mastering the layout, your body will be ready as well.

Thank you!

Don't start learning fulls until you actually have that layout down solid.

make sure your layout is so good it's second nature before you start twisting...once you have your layout fairly well start trying half's or fulls on a trampoline, once they get easier for you try them on a tumble track....maybe show your coach your progress and see if they think you're ready

my tumbling coach said everything comes from your round off so when thats good then your back handspring will b good then tuck and layout then full
:)

As earlier posters have said, make sure you have a consistent and near perfect layout. You'll thank yourself later. A full and other twisting skills are based off of layouts, that's where you get your height and form. Once your coach thinks you're ready, you'll be fine! Twisting can take a while to get used to and to perfect, but with hard work and determination, it becomes second nature! Good luck:)
