I almost have a layout and I want to start on my halfs or fulls, I don't know where to start. Can anyone help me?

Start with getting your layout solid with good height and form. Your coach will know when to move you on. It's no use practicing for fulls when you don't have the essential building step yet. Just keep up with conditioning so that when your coach believes you are ready to progress after mastering the layout, your body will be ready as well.
