All-Star Jump30 Training Program?

Has anyone ever tried the Jump30 training programme? Thoughts?

Thinking of ordering it as I already have the kinetic bands but could use a bit more guidance on how to use them effectively, the DVD sounds like the perfect solution but I'd love to know some others opinions on it.
