It has been some time since Kiara has had a skills video...I think the last one she was quite young... so we are putting together a current video (fun not college...though njallday..oregon is certainly in the mix that will include cheer, power tumbling and normal teenager stuff. Collecting media now and Cronin is going to get some clips during their training sessions. It will be out soon.. Just adding a video chapter to her storied career...

I love how much her technique has improved. Rather than killing herself over ridiculous passes, she makes a full double look absoutely effortless.

Her flexibility has improved so much, it's tough to gain and keep her solid muscles flexible I'm sure.
