Andre I completely agree about the rotating tosses to other bases being illegal no matter what set of rules you are using, but what do you see that makes the initial toss illegal under those rules?

AACCA HS - F4B&D
AACCA College - F1
USASF - Top persons in separate tosses may not come in contact with each other (L2+) or No tosses allowed (L1)

Thanks, I see needing to move the person from the arms in to be catching at the head. I wouldn't consider the other person an object...but I see where you are going with it, & are probably correct that it's the intention.
