I really wanna stretch and work out for my abs and my needle but I never feel like it and I don't know how to motivate myself. Any tips?

Set mini goals for yourself, when you reach them, treat yourself.
If you're struggling to motivate yourself, buddy up with someone and encourage each other (as sometimes, lets be honest, sitting watching tv seems a little more fun than sweating it out when you're tired!!).

Set time aside every few days that is dedicated to just working on the areas you want to improve, e.g. half an hour 3 times a week (7:30-8:00am Tue, Thur, Sat). Once you're used to that, add another day in, or extend that time by 15 mins :)

Accountability, work out & stretch with a friend or make a promise with a friend to check in on each others progress.
