does anyone have any tips on locking out your knee? im really close to my needle all i have to do is lock my knee out but it seems like every time i try my leg slips out of my hands. any tips?
I am not a flyer but I am a base and whenever my flyer needs to be stretched before a competition or practice I always stretch her needle first. I think that not just stretching by ur self but being stretched by other people will help a lot
