Can I be an ignorant Brit and ask what a Crawfish is??? Louisiana and esp New Orleans (being a music teacher) is in my top 5 to visit soon cupieqt aren't you in this area?
Its looks like a mini lobster and some call them mudbugs (we dont). If cooked right they are spicy and delicious. Most people look forward to Summer or Spring, we look forward to crawfish season. Too bad its almost over

I'm neighbors to CoachSpencer (congrats!!! I had NO idea!!) so I'm closer to Baton Rouge but Nola is only an hour away so it's an easy drive.
