You have two options.

1 post from your phone using the App and all the app to access your pictures.

2. Use a photo sharing site like Photobucket and copy and paste the URL link.

Too weed out bots and prevent people from creating accounts during an argument to go overboard attacking someone.

It also gives you time to figure read and get an idea of how things may go here.

It really is for our own safety, but then again I feel like the boards have become more tame over the years.
