I'm not adding to the discussion, sorry, but Baby Carats is one of the cutest names ever for little kids at a "diamond" themed gym.

I'm not adding anything, either, but I totally wanted our minis to be Precious Metals. Lol. (We're elements themed...or maybe more chemistry themed, I guess)

Yes! We have like 45-55 parents usually. Hopefully this link from last year works. I have to say my favorite voiceover from their music is when it says "Our kids have the skills but we pay the bills" right before jumps. Haha

This is blowing my mind. I'm guessing they have a total blast. It's probably almost as much fun for the parents to get together to practice as it is to perform. I've only ever been to AS cheer comps in Washington & Oregon (and Vancouver, BC), and so far, no parents performing. YET. Thank you for providing me with my learn something new each day item for today!

since I have performed on a parent team (at cp's first gym) I can say- it is a blast because there is lots of alcohol involved- we have to be drunk in order to even attempt half the things we did lol now with that being said- I did it once and will not do it again- too scared of blowing out a knee lol

We will be at ATC in Bellevue, but not Spirit Sports. Some of our other VAS teams will be there though!

I think it was a last minute change. We decided not to go for some reason.
