in need of any practice tips, schedules, exercises for our teams, until choreographer comes
 
Depending on the level Brupees to standing tuck/ standing handspring our coach made us do 10 of those each practice and it worked out our bodies plus are standing Tucks looked great, also we had to bear craw with someone of similar size on our back not only did we get a work out but it helped out team bond :)
