I think what Courtney does is she has a certain amount of fish, and she writes something different on each one. Such as, pyramid, running tumbling, first stunt, second stunt, water break, etc. And a kid picks a fish, and whatever it says is what they do. And after they finish what was chosen, they choose something else.
